I hear from business leaders, sales leaders and salespeople that they want to improve their revenues and sales. What's new?!  If you want to improve your sales, then you have to improve the stories that you're telling.

Here’s a quick tip: make your customers the hero of the story!

The story should be about a problem your prospect suffered through before they started using your solution, and the amazing “after” effect it had on their business. People don’t remember facts and figures, but tell them a story and they have the ability to remember it for life.
